Returns & Exchanges
We want your experience with Malimoo Baby Maternity to be a positive one.
If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, please let us know so that we can make the difference.
- An RA (return authorization) is required. Any items returned to us without an RA number will be refused.
- Malimoo Baby Maternity Inc. asks that merchandise be returned in its original condition meaning that the merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. Merchandise that is damaged or used will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
- Items returned without a return authorization number, not given an RA within 7 days of receipt of merchandise, or not in original condition will be returned to customer at the customer's expense.
- Please note that shipping costs, border taxes/custom charges are not refundable, with the exception of orders incorrectly shipped by us.
- Credits to credit cards take approximately two weeks to process from the time the return is received and processed.
- Please note that a 20% restocking fee will be applied against all new and unused furniture and gear merchandise returned in an opened or missing box.
- MaliMooBaby does not pay for the return shipping costs. This is the responsiblity of the customer.
- All gift returns may be for store credit only; no cash refunds are available.
How to return an item:
- All returns require an RA (return authorization).
- To obtain a RA, Please e-mail us at email@example.com.
- Indicate RA required – “order number” in the subject line. Your order number is obtainable from your receipt.
- In your e-mail please indicate which item it is you wish to return.
- Once approved, you will receive a reply with the RA you are to use for your return. You will also receive the address to where you are to ship the returned item.
- Repack the item in its original box.
- Include a photocopy of your original packing slip with the item(s) you are returning.
- Consider insuring your package in case it is lost or damaged in transit.
- Malimoo Baby Maternity Inc will not be responsible for items that do not arrive at our warehouse.
- Please ensure that your RA number is indicated on your package to prevent your package from being refused and returned to you.
The following items are not returnable/exchangeable under any circumstances:
- Any item purchased as a custom order or requiring personalization will NOT be accepted for a return or exchange. Only such items with a clear manufacturing defect will be considered. Should the customer find a manufacturing defect, the customer is to request an RA number (see “How to return an item” above) and ship the item back at their own expense for our inspection. Upon receipt, the said defective item will be reviewed and should there be a true manufacturing defect, the item will be replaced and re-shipped to the customer without any further charges.
- Final sale items are not returnable or exchangeable under any circumstances.
