Shipping
- Standard shipping and free shipping options (with orders over $150.00) are shipped by Canada post. Expedited options are available. See below.
- Please note that you may receive your shipment in multiple packages and some items may ship from different warehouses. This does not affect the shipping rate you paid upon purchase.
- Most orders ship within 4 to 7 business days unless specified in the product description.
- Custom and Personalized orders will take an average of 3-4 weeks. Most personalized items offer a RUSH option for an additional fee. Those with this option will have this indicated in the product description. If you are unable to see this option in the product descirption, please contact us.
- For items requiring longer ship times, approximate time frames will be indicated in the product description. If you are unable to see this information in the product descirption, please contact us.
- Please expect to add 3-5 days for holiday orders.
- Some products will be charged an extra shipping surcharge. This will be indicated in the product description. These are exclusively large and heavy furniture items. Such Items are not included in the free shipping option.
- Incorrect shipping addresses, payment issues and freight failures due to weather or emergency may result in delivery delays beyond our control.
FREE shipping on orders over $150
- Receive free ground shipping on orders of $150 and more. NOte that this option is for standard ground shipping provided by Canada post.
- If shipping to multiple addresses, each shipment must meet or exceed $150 to receive free shipping.
- Items not included in free shipping are large bulky items such as furniture and rush orders. Items requiring additional shipping charges due to size and weight will be indicated in the product description.
- This offer does not apply to overweight handling charges, cannot be applied to previous purchases, and is not redeemable for cash.
- MALIMOOBABY.CA Canada can no longer prepay custom duties or any external tax charges at this time for most of the MATERNITY WEAR as these items will now be shipping directly from US warehouses. Please read the new SHIPPING POLICY that applies to MATERNITY WEAR only. Note that our prices have been lowered to serve you better. Also note that some maternity items still ship from Canada. We are working to provide yoiu with a flat duties fee option in 2013.
- All Items purchased from the US SITE (.com) will be shipped from the US warehouses. These packages may be subject to customs fees and import duties and will not be covered by MaliMooBaby.
